Shepherds Friendly’s protection products have been given an impressive 5 Star Rating by Defaqto. This is the highest rating a product can receive from the independent financial information business, and it has been given to our Income Protection and Over 50s Life Insurance plans.

Defaqto rates the product or policy, not the insurance provider. The ratings are analysed daily and updated to reflect any product or policy changes.

In addition to the 5 Star Ratings for our protection products, we have also achieved a Gold Service Rating for Protection. This came as a result of a survey carried out by Defaqto asking advisers to rate the service they receive from product providers.
As a result of this double accomplishment, members of our business development team were invited to Defaqto’s exclusive ‘Night of the Diamonds and Stars’ event which took place last night (6th February).
