Shepherds Friendly is delighted to share that we’ve been announced as a finalist for the UK Employee Experience Awards 2020. As if that wasn’t exciting enough, we’ve been shortlisted for three categories!
Launched by Awards International, the UK Employee Experience Awards have been running for six years, with past winners including BT Business, Sky and Octopus Energy. The awards aim to “reward outstanding initiatives that have improved the world of work” and highlight the impact happy employees can have on customer experience and commercial results.
Last year, we were nominated in two categories and took home gold and bronze awards. This time, we’re finalists in the following three categories:
- Delivering Customer Experience
- Best Company to Work For
- Employee Centric Company
Following this fantastic news, Shepherds Friendly’s Culture Director, Nasrin Hossain commented:

The winners will be announced at a prestigious ceremony in London on Thursday 14th May 2020. Keep an eye out for updates nearer the time.
